2017 Write Ups
NCS Tri-Valley
Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in NCS this past weekend. 6 athletes qualified on to MOC: Omar Maklaf 1600, Lucas Strand 1600, Kaitlyn Clevenger High Jump, Anthony Hergert High Jump, Janna Pickett Pole Vault, and Samantha Dukes 200. There were also top all time marks achieved at this meet: Abigail Harnish 300 Hurdles 6th All time 49.27, Kaitlyn Clevenger High Jump 5'1" 7th All time, Omar Maklaf 1600 4:18.47 6th All time, and Simeran Bhatia 200 22.57 9th All time. 

EBAL Finals
The Cowboys had a great showing led by Abigail Harnish moving up in the top ten list in both the 100 Hurdles (7th) and the 300 Hurdles (8th). Also improving in the all time top ten list was Simeran Bhatia in the 200 (10) and Omar Maklaf in the 1600 (7th).

Dual At Granada
Congratulations to all the Livermore athletes who produced great marks at the meet vs. Granada today. A special congratulations goes out to Jayden Holsen who entered the top ten all time list at 7th place in the Triple Jump and only a few inches away from a top ten mark in the Long Jump after going 16 feet. Abby Harnish also improved her position in the 100 hurdles to 7th all time by running a 17.16. Connor Parkerson cracked the top ten today as well in the Shot Put with a throw of 48'5".

Dual vs. Monte Vista

Congratulations to Janna Pickett who set the School Record in the Pole Vault at 11 feet 7 inches. Also added to the top ten list the girls 4x100 (Drew, Potter, Silva, Dukes) 5th all time (50.66), Simeran Bhatia 10th in the 200 (22.91), and Abigail Harnish 10th in the 100 Hurdles (17.80).

Tri vs San Ramon and Foothill
We saw 2 reach the all time top ten. The Girls 4x100 finished at 50.80 placing them 5th all time in school history and in the 100 Simeran Bhatia ran a 11.26 placing him 9th in school history. To go along with these record breaking performances there were a lot of personal and seasonal bests.

West Coast Relays
Saw personal bests and season bests led by Cameron Johnston in the Hurdles (110 = 15.83 and 300 = 41.86) and Rebecca Wheeler in the Distance events (1600 = 5:33.90 and 3200 =11:58.70) also season best performances from Omar Maklaf in the 1600 (4:26.70) and 800 (2:05.88) as well as Lucas Strand in the 1600 (4:26.96). Janna Pickett contributed a 10'7" Pole Vault and Conner Parkerson threw 45-1 in the Shot Put. 
Chabot Relays
Great marks in the distance events led by a 1:02.56 in the 400 and 2:31.22 in the 800 by Veronica Valenton. Also personal best performances for Anne Le in the 400 and 800 and Madeline Tree in the 800 as well as strong performances by Greg Aufderheide and Miguel Valenton in the 1600
Castro Valley Invitational
Congratulations to Janna Pickett who became second all time in school history in the Pole Vault with a mark of 11 feet also placing her one of the top in NCS this season. The meet also produced season bests for Jayden Holden in the Long Jump and Timia Drew in the 100.

We saw some great performance by the Livermore athletes on Saturday. With the good early season marks we look forward to seeing some top 10 school records fall this season as well as many PR's. Top Marks include: Abigail Harnish (300 H) 51.36, Cameron Johnston (300 H) 43.03, Janna Pickett (PV) 10-0, Jack Perry (LJ) 20-2, Rebecca Wheeler (1600) 5:35.18, and Omar Maklaf (3200) 9:52.38.
